Yoga Wall® Series Class Day/Time Options:
The Yoga Wall® (pictured above) allows students to have a better understanding of their alignment in postures. It is also helpful for stretching tight muscles and decompressing the spine.
Yoga Wall® series:
In this series, students enjoy the benefits of using the Yoga Wall®. We focus on a different area of the body each week and spend time stretching, releasing tension, and creating space in the body.
The Yoga Wall Series is contraindicated for those with high blood pressure, pregnancy, and serious ear or eye conditions such as glaucoma.
It is recommended that students have some yoga experience, as it is important to understand when to work and when to relax.
