November 1 - Gratitude Practice! - Focusing on gratitude for your breath and body, we will flow through a sequence of poses to open the front body, shoulders and hip flexors! The practice will end with a guided gratitude meditation during savasana.
November 8 Open Up The Side Body - Stretching the muscles along the side body helps us feel taller, improves cardiac and respiratory health, improves digestion and boosts the immune system!
November 15 - The Five Tibetans - A body-strengthening and heart-changing practice. We will use mantras and visualizations from Susan Westbrook’s book The Five Tibetans Yoga Workshop. A practice that encourages deep reflection and nourishes. Your body, mind and spirit.
November 29 - Cleansing Twist Practice - with Thanksgiving dinner behind, we will practice a cleansing twist practice! Twisting poses help with digestion, boost metabolism and release tension along the spine!
