Susan Sherrill

Susan is a great believer in the power of yoga and has personally experienced many of the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of yoga.  Her love of yoga and desire for others to receive these same benefits has become her passion.  She believes that everyone can benefit from yoga, at any age and at any level of flexibility.  Susan also enjoys strength training and cardiovascular workouts.  She has a Level I Yoga Certification and has recently attended an intensive training with Judith Lasiter.  Gerri McNeer, the owner and founder of Kernerville Yoga Center, is serving as Susan’s mentor in her growth as a yoga instructor.

Susan has spent fifteen years in healthcare, both in direct patient care as a registered nurse and on the business side of healthcare after completing her MBA.  Currently, in additional to practicing and teaching yoga, she works part time on special projects with a commercial real estate development company.  Also, a young son, husband, dog, and lots and lots of books keep her very busy, happy and fulfilled.
